As your Personal Trainer, we incorporates various techniques including strength training, calisthenics, Yoga, Pilates, HITT, and sprinting exercises into your tailored plan. We avoid sticking to a specific style in order to keep workouts exciting, fun and fresh so that clients learn how to adopt health and fitness as a lifestyle beyond just losing weight.

Our ethos is not just about changing training routines - it's also about instilling strength and pride in clients whilst rewiring bad habits to establish a new ‘normal’ and ensuring that nutritional needs are met in order to achieve real results.

1-to-1 Personal Training

Our bodies all work differently depending on genes, age, time of the month, whether or not we’ve had children, menopause, injuries and a whole host of other variables. Our Personal Training package allows you to get individual attention tailored to your body’s needs, as well as more personalised time for goal setting and tracking.
